Matchoo compares "job seeker" profiles with search requests from companies. In case of a match Matchoo will establish contact between you and the employer. Matchoo is an international platform that allows multilingual, across all professions, reliable, secure and uncomplicated communication between potential employees and employers.
If your profile matches a request, you will be notified by Matchoo. You then decide whether or not we can share your profile.
This option is available. On your profile page you will find the possibility to do so. Please note that this is a paid service of Matchoo. You can then use the resume for any purpose you choose.
No, creating your profile is intuitive and very user-friendly. You can enter almost all the information about yourself in the selection process or by clicking on it.

If your profile matches a search request, you will be notified by us. If you do not object to the transfer of your data, we will inform you of the client. The client will receive your approved profile data and will contact you.
Employers can find you based on your profile. You do not have to apply yourself. You have less time and effort in your job search, because you don't have to create elaborate and company-specific application documents. The probability of being discovered by hidden jobs increases. Only the pure facts count for matching with search queries, emotions are excluded when evaluating a profile.

Confirm your e-mail address and you can start creating your profile. The registration, maintenance and storage of your profile is free of charge for an unlimited period of time.

Your data is stored on a German server. It is not accessible to the public or employers. Only you can view your data. Before your data is passed on in case of a matching request, you have the possibility to object to the passing on beforehand. Matchoo does not sell any data to third parties. At Matchoo, privacy and data protection have a very high priority.
No data of you will be passed on. Before your data is passed on in the case of a matching request, you have the possibility to object to the passing on of your data. In addition, you can select on your profile page which personal data should be visible in case of a matching request.
Your data will be stored for as long as you deem necessary. You decide when your data will be deleted. As long as your profile is active, it will also participate in the matching process.
Matchoo has hired a certified external data protection officer who regularly monitors our data security and privacy processes. All your data is stored encrypted on a German server and cannot be accessed by third parties. Matchoo does not sell or publish any stored personal data.
Costs
The registration, profile creation and maintenance of your profile is free of charge for an unlimited period of time. Even in case of a match with a search profile there are no costs for you.
